Budiyanto Darmastono
President Director
Indonesian citizen. He has been serving as the President Director of the Company since 2018. He is currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Solid Logistics (2010-present) and President Director of PT Sinergi Layanan Integrasi (2005-present). Previously he served as Director of the Company (2014-2018), President Director of PT Nusantara Card Semesta (1994-2012), and Financial Controller at PT Diners Jaya Indonesia International (1990-1994). He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia in 1990 and a Bachelor of Accounting from the Jakarta College of Economics, Indonesia in 2000.
Anggara Mastangi
Director
Indonesian citizen. He has served as the Director of the Company since June 2024. Previously he served as Finance Director at PT Yummy Food Utama (2019-2023), Business Analyst at ExxonMobil Indonesia (2017-2018), Finance and Accounting Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Indonesia (2015-2017), Finance Counsel at 3M Indonesia (2012-2015), Business Controller at Carrefour Indonesia (2011-2012), Supply Chain Finance at PT Unilever Indonesia (2010-2011), and Junior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (2008-2010).
He holds a Bachelor's of Economics - Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 2008 and a Master's of Management – Finance from the University of Indonesia in 2018.
