Budiyanto Darmastono
President Director
Indonesian citizen. Served as President Director of the Company since 2018. Currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Solid Logistics (2010-present), Director of PT Satria Investama Perdana (2021-present), President Director of PT Sinergi Layanan Integrasi (2005-present). Previously served as Director of the Company (2014-2018), President Director of PT Nusantara Card Semesta (1994-2012), and Financial Controller of PT Diners Jaya Indonesia International (1990-1994). Earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia in 1990 and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Jakarta College of Economics, Indonesia in 2000.

Director
An Indonesian citizen who has served as the Director of the Company since May 2025. Prior to assuming this position, he had extensive professional experience in the fields of finance and accounting. Most recently, from 2024 to 2025, he joined Damai Putra Group as the Head of the Accounting, Tax & Budget Division. Before that, from 2021 to 2024, he held the position of Head of the Accounting & Tax Department at PT Pada Idi.
His professional career continued at PT Stellar Kapital Indonesia, where he served as Financial Controller from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2017, he worked at PT Agung Sedayu Group as Finance & Accounting Manager. He began his career in accounting in 2003 as a Senior Auditor at the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Suherman & Surja, a member of the Ernst & Young network, where he remained until 2010.
