Job Descriptions
Lead the Operations Directorate—including Distribution Center, Nationwide Hub/Branch, and Customer Experience—to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Develop and execute innovative operational strategies aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.
Supervise and enhance operational workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer experiences.
Manage the operational budget while ensuring optimal utilization of resources in a cost-effective manner.
Analyze operational data and produce insightful reports to identify areas for improvement and enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Information Technology, and Customer Support, to streamline processes and align on common goals.
Build and sustain strong partnerships with logistics providers and vendors to ensure seamless operational execution.
Job Requirements
Minimum Master’s degree (or equivalent).
At least 10 years of managerial experience in operations, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective operational strategies that enhance efficiency and performance.
Deep understanding of logistics operations, delivery networks, and relevant technologies.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong ability to make strategic decisions and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and convert it into actionable insights.
